Position Overview
Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Account Representative. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities
- Work leads purchased by agency, call ins, generate referrals, and self-sourcing new business
- Quote business accurately and quickly & present and close sales
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support to current customers
- Find new opportunities to help both existing and new clients with Life Insurance needs
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...
- Salary plus commission/bonus - unlimited earning potential with Base Pay & Commission combined:
- $45,000 if you are average
- $60,000+ if you are good
- $85,000+ if you are great & our next superstar

Requirements
- Sales experience preferred by not required
- Strong work ethic, integrity, strive to be better, professional, positive attitude, dependable
- Able to obtain: Property and Casualty license + Life and Health license

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
