Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a sales focused professional to join their winning team for the role of Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Sell insurance products: Auto, Home, and Life Insurance
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
People-oriented
Self-motivated
Proactive in problem solving
Able to learn computer functions
Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows
Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to multi-task
Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
